Stefan is member of the Board at Boston Pharmaceuticals, which acquires and transforms innovative molecules into differentiated medicines, and he is Chair of Stallergenes-Greer, a worldwide leader in allergy immunotherapy. He holds several Board positions, including Vice Chair of B-Flexion. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Leadership and Value in Society at the University of St. Gallen and a member of the "Schweizer Dialog", an initiative at the same university that builds a network of leaders in business and politics that aims to instill sustainable values in society.
Career highlights:
Stefan started his career in 1991 at Novartis AG (Basel), holding various positions including Head of Divisional Controlling for the Pharma Division. Over more than 16 years, he held various positions at Haniel Group where he was Group CFO and Member of the Management Board and General Manager of Group affiliates. Then, for almost a decade, he was Group COO of Waypoint Capital (today B-Flexion), where he still serves as non-executive Vice Chair today.

He has a degree in economics from the University of Basel.
