Responsibility and ethical behavior
Straumann’s internal Code of Conduct for employees defines our expectations for ethical behavior in all our business activities. Our Code prohibits any form of bribery, corruption, unfair competition, misleading marketing, human rights violation, etc.
Straumann does not tolerate discrimination (unequal treatment based on gender, ethnicity, race, age, religion, nationality or sexual orientation), nor does Straumann tolerate harassment or bullying.
Our Code is integral part of the employment contracts and available in 19 languages.
We encourage employees and third parties to raise their concerns about potential violations of the Code. This helps to protect ethical business practices and help the Company to address potential issues quickly.

The Group Code of Conduct is based on the principles of:

It is our expectation that this Code applies to External Business Partners of the Straumann Group, including their employees, worldwide.
