Marcin Maj

PhD Head of Global Scientific Affairs at Straumann headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. With over 25 years in clinical and scientific affairs, he plays a key role in advancing the frontiers of research and effective dissemination of clinical and scientific knowledge. Beginning his academic journey in Poland, he earned his M.Sc. in biology from the Pedagogical University of Krakow, Poland, followed by a Ph.D. in neurobiology from The University of Basel, Switzerland. Beyond his primary responsibilities at Straumann headquarters, he is also an international lecturer, with a special emphasis on topics related to dental implantology, neuroscience, clinical research and professional relations.
